I'm Florentine by birth and in life, always, I like to combine culture and sports to keep my mind and my body always trained. More or less unconsciously, this is my way to "hold off" the passage of time to age more slowly as possible. Property information

Residenza Oltrarno is an apartment of 200 square meters on the first floor of a beautiful Florentine palace of the '30s. Given its location, the apartment is very bright and shows the full breadth of its premises. Moreover, given the presence of a lot of green space in the area, the house is cool in summer and not cold in winter. To point out that all the rooms are equipped with double doors.

Neighbourhood information

Residenza Oltrarno is located at the edge of the San Frediano district and near the "green lung" of Florence: the Cascine Park. San Frediano is one of the historical districts of Florence beyond the Arno river (from which it originates the name Oltrarno), also mentioned in the famous novels later became movies: "Girls of San Frediano by 'Vasco Pratolini is a classic example. The area is obviously well served by public transport and is, even on foot, very close to the historical center of the town.
