Our apartment Rio Venice is situated in a great location , very convenient for arrivals and departures from the city of Venice, but at the same time already fully immersed in the atmosphere typically Venetian . Inside the Rio Venice there are 3 private rooms and 3 exclusive external bathrooms ( equipped with hairdryers ) Every room has heating and individually adjustable air conditioning , safe , free WiFi and has an exclusive external bathroom . The environment has been recently renovated: The rooms are spacious and bright, all overlooking a courtyard, very quiet. Kitchen, dining room and a small terrace are shared with the other guests. In case of early check-in or late departure from Venice, we will ask you to leave the room at 10 am but will provide a place to store the luggage and an extra key to move around the city and enjoy your time left. IMPORTANT! The Guesthouse DOESN'T has 24H reception, so you will be asked for the place and the time of arrival in Venice, in order to give you some detailed directions to get to our Guesthouse and arrange the check-in in the best possible way (THE CHECK-IN IS ONLY ON APPOINTMENT)

Rio Venice in a few minutes walk you will find yourself in Campo Santa Margherita, a lovely Venetian square, surrounded by typical restaurants and shops, popular with university students and beyond (our apartment is in fact very close to several universities in Ca 'Foscari and IUAV). From Campo Santa Margherita then you can easily walk to Accademia Bridge, where you can spend a visit to the Accademia Gallery, the museum that collects the best tradition of Venetian art, with paintings by Titian, Tintoretto and Tiepolo. From the Accademia in 10 minutes you can walk to Piazza San Marco, the heart of the city. In the vicinity of , a 10 minute walk , there is also the Basilica Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari , the Scuola Grande di San Giovanni Evangelista and the Scuola di San Rocco and the Church . The excellent position in which is located the apartment allows you to reach a multitude of small restaurants , pubs , cafés and shops are all in the neighboring area .
