Equipped with every comfort, the property will allow you to spend a completely relaxing stay, thanks also to the hydromassage tub and private parking, very rare to find in the city center area. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed and an atmosphere with unique 15th century ceilings will make your stay unforgettable. The apartment is located inside an ancient convent dating back to the 15th century and was completely renovated in 2019. The ceilings with the ancient vaults have been recovered so you can admire them in their total beauty, sitting on the sofa with a glass of good wine. The apartment has a double bedroom, equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and a romantic room with a relaxing hydromassage tub, which you can use when returning from a day spent visiting the beauties of our lake. Then there is a living room with smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, coffee maker, etc.). The house is equipped with air conditioning, both in the sleeping area and in the living area. There is also a bathroom with shower, and a utility room with washer dryer. Notably, given the limited parking spaces in the center of Como, there is an included parking space available in the condominium courtyard, based on availability. In fact, Como San Giovanni train station is only 7 mins walking far, while the navigation, bus station and funicolare for Brunate are only 10 minutes walking from the property. If you're traveling by public transports don't worry, bus, train and ferries stops are walking distance, so you can visit all the Lake without any stress.
