Property information

Confortable rooms inside an apartment located in the center of Cagliari, just a few minutes from one of the busiest and busiest streets in the city centre. Equipped with all the necessary comforts to spend a city break or for work. The apartment has three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi. A complete kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and coffee machine is available to guests as well as the living area with a comfortable sofa and 50-inch TV. The modern and functional bathroom with shower with washing machine is shared while one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower in the corridor (outside the bedroom)

Neighbourhood information

Parking is mainly paid, via Eleonora d'Arborea, via San Lucifero, via Sonnino, via Lugodoro. Only the white stripes are free, there are few of them. In the blue ones you don't pay from 8pm to 9am and from 1pm to 4pm.
