The accommodation is located in the heart of Colonno, a characteristic medieval village of Lariano. The property consists of two bedrooms, open space attic with double sofa bed, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, balcony and gallery. It offers views of picturesque views of the village Camera on the entrance door. Please note the presence of external stairs to access the structure (raised) and stairs inside the house. The internal space is divided as follows: GROUND FLOOR - LIVING ROOM with sofa, SMART TV 42'', fireplace (only aesthetic, CANNOT be used) and dining table with chairs; - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and kitchen utensils; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, WC and washing machine; FIRST FLOOR - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the balcony; - BALCONY; - BEDROOM II with two single beds and wardrobe; SECOND FLOOR (ATTIC) - OPEN SPACE with double sofa bed, chest of drawers, sofa and split inverter; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC; GALLERY FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent radiator heating on the ground floor and first floor, heating and air conditioning via split inverter on the second floor (attic), two fans, hairdryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: air conditioning is only available in the attic (with a separate, powerful electric heating unit). However, two tower fans are available for cooling the other rooms. The house overlooks the internal cobbled courtyard. The courtyard is pedestrian and shared.

Among the main attractions not to be missed is the Church of San Michele Arcangelo, which still preserves the remains of the Romanesque bell tower, testimony to the antiquity of the building. Inside, you can admire frescoes dating back to the 15th century. Another point of interest is the historic Palazzo Pretura, as well as the suggestive Camogge Waterfalls, a corner of uncontaminated nature. The Lake Como Greenway begins from Colonno, a route of approximately 10 km that winds through breathtaking landscapes, passing through enchanting villages such as Sala Comacina, Ossuccio, Lenno, Mezzegra, Tremezzo and Griante. This itinerary is perfect for those who want to discover the beauty of the lake in complete tranquility.
