The Villa is located in Marciaga, a small and panoramic location on the hills overlooking the Lake and the town of Garda, from which it is only a couple of kilometers away. It has just been completely renovated and furnished in a style suited to the type of structure. In fact there is a great prevalence of particular and characteristic wooden furniture. The Villa is made up of two distinct areas. On the ground floor there is the living area where you have the kitchen, a relaxing sitting area and a service bathroom also used as a laundry. Through an original and steep wooden staircase, PLEASE keep in mind that it could be too dangerous for those with ambulation problems, you reach the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with fully equipped shower. The outdoor area is amazing. There is a large covered terrace where you can eat outside and relax while sipping a good glass of wine while also enjoying the view of the swimming pool surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden.
