The Cucca family is a lover of good food and good company, nature and genuine things. We always try to offer our guests a kind of family welcome, which makes them feel at ease and immersed in the beauty and simplicity of the place we live in. The genuineness is the basis of our philosophy and we invite our guests to share it with us. When we can organize small events to promote sociality and provide them with our vegetable garden and orchard to enjoy the products of our company.

In 1966 Giovanni Cucca moved from Sardinia with his family and bought a typical Tuscan farm with large plots of land. The company, managed with the help of its children, has a large patronal house and about 80 hectares of cultivated land. With the legacy of Giovanni, the eldest son, Giuseppe, inherited a part of the house and 40 hectares of land, thus starting his own agricultural activity that at that point also takes care of breeding, including a meat shop and a small dairy. Giuseppe works with his wife Pietrina and meanwhile, together with his sons Alessandro, Antonella and Claudia. In 1996 they abandoned the breeding and dairy business and began working on the idea of ​​creating a farm. So in 1998 the San Francesco farm was born, which sees the renovation of an old tobacco shop for the construction of the two largest apartments: Sole e Luna. A few years later, given the great success and growing passion for this work, the structure is expanded and what was once a farm shed becomes the Cielo and Stelle apartments. Further changes in 2010 give life to the B & B in a wing of the main house

The agriturismo stands on a hill in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, in the heart of the Val di Chiana. Our strategic position allows customers to quickly reach medieval villages and cities of interest such as Cortona, Arezzo, Perugia, Siena and many others. For shopping lovers we are located near the Valdichiana Outlet Village. For those who like to relax, the thermal baths are only half an hour away from our farm, if instead you prefer outdoor activities, the cycle path of the Reclamation Trail is just a few meters away and several stables are always available nearby.
