The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law. It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm. If required, check-in can be done directly in the apartment, with a supplement of EUR 15.00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

The Guest House is located on the ground floor and the first floor of an elegant period building with no lift, carefully maintained and consists of 8 private rooms, an interesting aspect if you travel with friends, but you always want to have your own privacy. . Each room apart from the beds has a wardrobe, TV, desk and a private bathroom. Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning (each room has its own split), heating with fan coil. Please note - only one room is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. On the ground floor of the building there is the Literary Bistrot bar for those who want to have lunch. The studios n. 1, 2 and 7 have a corner with electric hob, fridge and microwave.. Possibility of parking bicycles. There is a service room (with cleaning tools). Our apartment is part of the tourist accommodation facilities as a holiday home - it is not a bed & breakfast - and by law we cannot provide food and / or drinks
