The 100 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor of a villa (there are 2 steps at the entrance) and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with sofa, TV and split AC - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, split AC and desk - Bedroom II with double bed, wardrobe, clothes rack, split AC and desk - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box - Covered patio with access from bedroom I, equipped with table and chairs x4 Additional facilities available for the guests: heating with heat pumps, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). PLEASE NOTE.: It is possible to turn on the pellet heating on request and upon payment of the fuel on site.

Neighbourhood information

San Vito is a nice residential discrict of Taranto located on the homonymous cape, an undisputed destination for seaside tourism thanks to the numerous establishments and beaches equipped with services, and from the uncontaminated. San Vito also hosts a patronal feast in honor of the holy martyr, considered the protector of the territory since the Middle Ages. It is located just 10 minutes from the center of Taranto and from the main points of interest, such as the renowned National Archaeological Museum, containing one of the largest collections of artifacts of Magna Graecia, and the Aragonese Castle, symbol of the city. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Navy NCO School and 15 from the beaches. The area is full of shops and restaurants, and is equipped with every essential service: within 600 meters there are bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.
