The accommodation consists of: Level I with kitchen, living room, one double bedroom, one bathroom; Level II with two living rooms, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one playroom, balcony. I LEVEL - LIVING ROOM 1 with a sofa, coffee table, and fireplace. - KITCHEN equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Also includes a high chair and a dining table with chairs. - BEDROOM 1 with a double bed, crib, and wardrobe. - BATHROOM 1 with a shower box, sink, and WC. - GARDEN (accessible from the kitchen or the main entrance) with a table and chairs, garden swing, barbecue, ping-pong table (available only in spring and summer), and two uncovered parking spaces. II LEVEL - LIVING ROOM 2 with a sofa, TV, and A/C split unit. - LIVING ROOM 3 with sofas and a fireplace. - BEDROOM 2 with a double bed and wardrobe. - BEDROOM 3 with two single beds (can be combined into a double bed), bedside tables, and wardrobe. - PLAYROOM with a foosball table and coffee table with chairs. - BATHROOM 2 with a shower box, sink, bidet, and WC. - BALCONY (accessible from Bedrooms 2 and 3). Unlimited WiFi, independent heating (boiler system), air conditioning (split unit in LIVING ROOM 2 on the II level), three fans, high chair (in the kitchen), crib, dishwasher, iron, drying rack, hairdryer, and two uncovered parking spaces (in the garden). PLEASE NOTE: - The property has stairs (without safety barriers) to access the II level. - The two fireplaces are decorative elements and MUST NOT BE USED. - NO BIDET in the bathroom on the I level -NO AC is available only on the II level.
