The cottage is structured on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen and a small bathroom with sink and toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, the one with sea view has access to a glass-enclosed balcony and to the spiral staircase leading to the solarium, for breakfasts and dinners that will remain in your memory for a long time, among the most beautiful memories! The bathroom has a shower. The house is completed by a garden that extends on three sides of the cottage, a wooden gazebo equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs, a BBQ and a pizza oven. Parking is available in front of the house. As per D.L. 172 of 26 November 2021 the green pass will be checked on arrival.

Each stay is a cultural and sensory experience that must be taken care of in every detail. I chose the places dear to my heart, and found the houses that best reflect what they mean to me, which is why my search focused on Rome and Umbria. I am sure you will get to know me in some way when you stay in these houses! I am busy with many other things I like and so far everything seems to be going well. Have I been lucky? Maybe sometimes, but surely willpower makes all the difference.

Santa Marinella is a holiday location with all the necessary services for a pleasant stay. Bars, restaurants, clothes shops, grocery shops and supermarkets. A beach, accessible only to guests of the residence, is available 20 metres from the house. The still clear sea invites to relaxing bathing days and to the discovery of other beaches nearby.. Rome and its monuments are only 45 km away. It can be easily reached by car (on the Rome - Civitavecchia motorway) or, even more simply, by train from Santa Marinella Station to St Peter's Station, from where you can immediately arrive at the Vatican and visit the whole of the centre of Rome on foot.
