The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals (eur 50,00/week/animal).
Tourism tax (where applicable).
On Request:
extra cleaning (eur 22,00/hour per cleaner),
extra linen (eur 12,00 per person)
Heating from November to April (eur 40,00 per day)
