First floor: 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom/triple bedroom (with an extra single bed), 1 bathroom, 1 sitting room/space. Garden, terrace and pool: A very large garden with terraced lawns at the heart of a huge olive trees property. Amply furnished stone terraces wrap around the main house. The private pool, 12 x 6m is set on a paved terrace, some 25 m from the main house and has an amazing view on the Monte Argentario and on a little strip of the Orbetello Laguna. Dependance: Situated 40 metres form the main house, including a double bed.
