Cozy and modern apartment with terrace, just a few steps from the charming Piazza Magione. The apartment is located on the third floor of a building between Piazza Magione and Via Alloro alla Kalsa and spreads on two levels. The entrance opens onto a hallway, furnished with a desk and chair, which gives access to the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a modern bathroom with shower, and the stairs leading to the living area. The upper floor houses a large and bright open space furnished with a sofa, a television, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen with oven and kettle, and access to the beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs and domes of the center of Palermo. Guests will benefit from the washing machine, iron, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo.
