This independent house has been recently renovated preserving the features that distinguish the seaside village of Gioiosa Marea where this house is located. To make a frame majestic are noble palaces of 1800 that embellish it and, at same time, don’t debase the characteristics of a typical house that was born to be the residence of fishermen whose business was one of the most flourishing until a few decades ago. This house is just few steps from the beautiful sandy beach and the crystal clear sea and , at same time, from the center of the village where you can taste the typical Sicilian dishes and enjoy the rarefied atmosphere of a country that continues, despite the course of the years, to retain the architectural original aspect. The house is surrounded by open spaces , alleys and stairways in lava; from the house you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, the Aeolian islands and the beautiful and evocative sunset that diving into the crystalline waters, it radiates an intense red the whole country, giving an unique setting. The house consists of a spacious living room with kitchen opening onto the living room , of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

On the Tyrrhenian coast (about 70 km from Messina ) it is the seaside resort of Gioiosa Marea that thanks to its privileged geographic position higher than at sea level, you can enjoy a reathtaking view of the stretched of the sea. Restaurants, bars and shops are located in the lively streets and picturesque alleys that run through the country. Many are the places of interest: the little antiquarium is in full city center: the antiquarium is dedicated to the archaeological site of Gioiosa Guardia protohistoric settlement, gradually Hellenized: the exhibits documenting all stages of life of the town: that protohistoric to the greek. Still it has to visit the caves of Tone that abound inside of stalactite and stalagmite formations, still active today, odd shapes and breathtaking beautiful. Worth the hike to visit the archaeological excavations of Gioiosa Guardia: on the slope north-east of Mount Meliuso of Gioiosa Guardia two excavations carried out in 1981 and 1982 have enabled the discovery a town of considerable importance. To the east of Gioiosa Marea, past the rock of Capo Calavà, there is San Giorgio where it was conducting a seafaring life based on fishing.
