Inside the Monte Majore residential complex, about 650 meters from the town of Porto Rotondo and 5 minutes by car from Marinella, the SMERALDA WAVE is an elegant apartment with 6 beds, air conditioning, washing machine and Wifi, double bedroom , second bedroom with double sofa bed, living room with kitchen and sofa bed, bathroom. The apartment has a small back garden, private parking and outdoor veranda, livable and covered with a splendid sea view over the small port in the Gulf of Porto Rotondo and the islands of Mortorio and Soffi; moreover, the Monte Majore residential complex has a restaurant and a large green area with Mediterranean scrub, myrtle and juniper shrubs.
