I arrived as a tourist and I fell in love with this land of Sardinia

The flat is provided with heating and air-conditioning and it is composed by a living-room and a well-furnished kitchen with furniture made by Sardinian craftsmen and accurately in Sardinian style. All this one makes the flat a very relaxing place. The kitchen is provided with all facilities starting from the dishing-machine to the coffee-machine, but also the living-room with its handmade cup-board and a 32’’ television on with a satellite parabola, WI-FI and a twin-bedded sofa is well-equipped too. While going out, we can find a very beautiful veranda provided with some garden furniture where it is possible to taste a very good wine at the sunset and tell something about the day. While going in, we find a wonderful bathroom all in Sardinian wax floor with a shower, hair-dryer and washing-machine. Finally there is a Sardinian style bedroom provided with a safe and on the upper-side of the bed there is written a poem devoted to the sea. In fact from the terrace of the bedroom we can admire a sea view where at night before falling asleep, we are able to hear the sea waves.

Castelsardo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and it is situated in a strategic geographical position, in the middle of the “Asinara” Gulf. This is a very good point to visit all the north coast of Sardinia and we take about one hour and half by car from the “Smeralda” Coast to Alghero passing by the countless beaches which have made Sardinia an ideal holiday place in any period of the year. Talking about Castelsardo, we can say that the time stopped at the medieval era. If we have a look at the castle we can see its walls still intact as to defend those traditions and that hospitality that are at any side of the village. Walking down the lanes full of history and traditions of the Sardinian people, we can meet ladies making some beautiful baskets made of a tiny palm pleached by their own hands.
