Property information

Villa dell'Arte is located a few steps from the beach, from the veranda you can enjoy the blue of the sea. The villa is independent, has a large garden with centuries-old junipers, barbecue, laundry area with washing machine and patio. Inside it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a living room with dining area. The outdoor veranda is equipped with a comfortable table. In the village of houses there is a shared swimming pool (open from July to September) and a kiosk with breakfast and lunch service. It is located just 6 minutes from Villasimius where you will find markets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. Extra to pay 160 euros for final cleaning, not included in the price. By booking one of our structures you can have a discount for the exciting excursion in Mini Yacht of Bestvacationever, in the AMP, the Marine Park of Villasimius and for the sailing trip departing from Cagliari. You will also be entitled to promotional discounts for ferry bookings and car rentals (also visible on our website bestvacationever).
