Hello there, I’m Guido. Together with my brother, I started managing short-term rentals in Milan back in 2015. Carozzi Apartments offers you Stradivarius House, a fabulous newly renovated apartment, located on the mezzanine floor of an elegant condominium from the 1920s which is located next to the Loreto/Piazza Argentina metro stop. With the Metro you can reach Piazza del Duomo in 16 minutes, and the Central Station in less than 10; and within walking distance there are all the services and shops you could need A perfect accommodation for tourists and business trips, the apartment is fully equipped and tastefully furnished to satisfy your every need. The possibility of enjoying the outdoor terrace adds romantic charm to the accommodation. Please be aware that there are ongoing works for the roof and facade renovation and there are scaffoldings covering the building's facade. Thanks for your understanding.

Neighbourhood information

The Baires district develops around Corso Buenos Aires, considered the longest street in Europe dedicated to shopping. The avenue, which was so named in 1906 following the Universal Exhibition, has a style that recalls the great American commercial streets and differs considerably from the urban layout of the city center, which remains substantially medieval. Corso Buenos Aires has often been defined as an immense open-air shopping centre: here you will find department stores, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, bookshops, as well as the shops of many famous clothing brands. There are many buildings of architectural interest located along the street, such as the Casa Centenara (at number 66), an Art Nouveau building built in 1907 by the architect Giovan Battista Bossi. It should also be remembered that at number 33 is the Elfo Puccini Theatre, active since 1902 and extensively restored in 2010. Baires is a lively and multi-ethnic neighbourhood.

Please be fully aware that in order to access the apartment, it is absolutely mandatory to complete the registration process, in compliance with Italian legislation and Police identification requirements.

The process consists of four steps:

1) Entering the guests' personal data (including children) using our Fast Check-in procedure to meet Italian Police requirements and collect the information necessary for invoicing.

2) Taking pictures of the guests to ensure correspondence between the identification document and the guests themselves. The pictures are automatically deleted one week after checkout.

3) Electronically signing the rental contract.

4) Paying the Tourist Tax by credit card (unfortunately, Booking.com does not collect it; the amount is shown in the reservation only to inform guests about the total cost of the stay but is not deducted from your credit card).
