Entering in Studio 14 you will perceive a feeling of relaxation, the light coming from the large windows will envelop you. The parquet will give you that feeling of warmth as if you were living in a nest all to yourself! A pleasant and sunny terrace of about 25 square meters, which overlooks the Botteniga stream, will allow you to enjoy wonderful moments in total relaxation surrounded by nature and silence during your dinners on the terrace. It is an air-conditioned three-room apartment, furnished with custom-made furniture, where we have tried to offer all the comforts for a holiday that makes a difference. It can comfortably accommodate five people as the second room has a queen size bed and the sofa is a single bed. The apartment offers every comfort, from the washing machine to the dishwasher; supplied there is both the normal oven and the steam one, the coffee machine and the courtesy kit in the bathroom cannot be missing. Two bicycles, with their respective locks, are offered by us! The apartment is only 700 m from the city walls. Parking is not included but 350 m from Studio 14 you will find the first free parking spaces.
