The apartments are brand new (2021) and in the heart of Cagliari's nightlife. All apartments are equipped with soundproof windows, smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine and induction cooker. The spaces are furnished with taste and minimalism.

Hi, my name is Giorgio!
I have been working as a host for almost 10 years and I try to show my Cagliari through the eyes of a Cagliari citizen. I collaborate with some tour guides who will take care of showing you the secret Cagliari, accompanying you to our wonderful beaches or taking a tour of the Sardinian wineries. I am a golfer, I have contacts with the best courses in Sardinia, with which I also organize game groups.
We are located in via Manno, in the "Marina" district. This is one of the 4 historic districts of Cagliari. "La Marina" is the district of restaurants, nightlife and shopping, an excellent point to visit the city on foot. Within walking distance there are many services such as, market, bus-train station and multi-storey garage.
