In the main farmhouse there are 2 totally independent apartments with private entrance and outdoor space with bbq. The Eco-house is a separate annex with garden and bbq 30mt from the farmhouse. The whole property is filled with cottage style gardens and olive trees. There is a shared swimming pool set in shady woodland with beautiful views overlooking a vast nature reserve. Note that there is 1.5kms of stone road to reach Timignano and it is a 15 minute drive from the nearest grocery store. There's a great little restaurant in the village of Monteguidi, 5 minutes from the property.

I live in part of the house with my wife, Sarah. We will be here to greet you on arrival and to help out with any questions and local tips but we always respect the privacy of our guests and keep very much to ourselves. We sell our own red wine and olive oil and I offer an olive oil tasting for anyone interested.

The nearest supermarkets are in Colle Val d'Elsa. We are 40 minutes from Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra, one hour from Florence and just over an hour from the beach and Southern Tuscany.
