Welcoming home with 2 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with shower and bidet (one ensuite), a shallow but wide mezzanine with 4 single beds, suitable for kids, living room, small garden, and a stunning terrace with sea view. All just 500m from the most beautiful golden sandy beach. The property is first floor and mezzanine, and has a small garden downstairs with outdoor shower. Three air conditioners are provided, as well as a well equipped kitchenette, Nespresso, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher. You can either eat inside or enjoy the breeze on the terrace with fireplace / barbecue. It's perfect for families or for groups of friends. There is a private parking space. Wireless Internet (extra charge) is provided by local provider Hotspot Costa Rei. The property is easy to maintain. My other house (Casa Mughetto - La Maddalena) has been on this platform since 2019. It's in an archipelago of 62 small islands and has swimming pool right by the sea. Check it out.

Costa Rei has been voted as the second most beautiful beach in the world by Lonely Planet. It's a seaside location surrounded by beautiful, wild nature. The water is incredibly warm, compared to North Sardinia, and crystal clear. There is a nearby natural reserve. Boat trips, diving... can be arranged by local businesses. The house is in a slightly elevated position, just enough to enjoy the breeze and a stunning sea view, and yet, just 500m from the beach, an easy walk. The perfect location! Along the way you will find the shops, supermarket, restaurant, bar and pharmacy of Piazzetta Rei Marina, as well as the farmers' market (on Thursdays and Saturdays) so you can enjoy the uncommon privilege (for Sardinia) to forget the car and just get a taxi from Cagliari Airport to enjoy your vacation in paradise. Or you can explore all the beauty of South and East Sardinia: Serpentara, Isola dei Cavoli, Cala Sinzias, Cala Pira, Villasimius, Baia Chia, Golfo di Orosei.... either by car or by boat.
