Our bed and breakfast is about 120 square meters on the first floor. The b&b offers two large bedrooms, a triple room that can accommodate three people plus a cot if needed (free up to 2 years old) and a double room, both with private bathroom.
Patrizia and Andrea live on the ground floor of the bed and breakfast and will be happy to help you for a peaceful stay.
The house is equipped with a large kitchen and living area, with a separate area for book lovers.
Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and balconies with drying rack.
At the disposal of our guests there will be a kitchen equipped with everything necessary plus iron and ironing board.
For those arriving with children, please write to us privately and we will try to make sure you find all the comforts necessary for a relaxing holiday and activities for the little ones.
In addition to the cot we will also provide you with a high chair and a bathtub for bathing children from 0 to 2 years.
Finally we have created for you a small booklet of information about Capoterra and its surroundings that you will find in each room. We have tried to recommend the best restaurants, bars and places to visit in the area and beyond.
Dear guests of the bed and breakfast Su Presciu (correctly written "su prexiu" in Sardinian), as some of you may already know, our name in the Sardinian language means "happiness", and we look forward to sharing it with anyone who decides to stay in our welcoming b&b.
Every morning we will prepare for you a delicious and fresh italian breakfast and we will share the products of our land grown by Patrizia and Andrea.
For those who are animal lovers and would like to meet our 3 donkeys, we will be happy to take you to meet them.
Our b&b is located in the center of the town of Capoterra in the historic area, just a few minutes from Piazza Verde where many of the shows organized in the town take place.
Also in Piazza Verde you will find the bus stop that will take you in just 20 minutes to Cagliari or Pula with buses to Nora beach in the summer.
We are located just a few minutes from various cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, pharmacies and much more.
We are a few minutes by car from the Mountain and the WWF, 6 minutes by car to the lake of Poggio dei Pini and 8 minutes by car to Maddalena beach
