Luxurious and romantic apartment completely renovated, located on the ground floor with independent door, overlooking the canal (river), humidity-free and soundproof studio apartment, with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, bedroom with double bed for 2 people, very modern private bathroom , sofa bed for other two people, condominium garden under renovation with access to the canal. Self check in night times with access to the entrance with number code.
Completely sanitized with ozone and alcohol systems at every booking.
