The holiday apartment Sunshine is only a few steps away from the beautiful beach Maria Pia and offers a wonderful view of the lagoon. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with a lift to the 2nd floor, after which you have to walk) and consists of a comfortable living room with a sofa bed (for one person) as well as a sleeping area separated by a sliding panel with a comfortable double sofa bed and a panoramic window. Moreover there is a well-equipped kitchen, as well as one bathroom and the accommodation can therefore accommodate a total of 3 people. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a cot and a highchair. Outside there is a spacious terrace with a panoramic view of the Calik lagoon and the mountains. Start your day with a cup of hot coffee, watch the sun rise over the lagoon, have a look at the local birds and enjoy delicious dishes on the terrace. You will find some typical restaurants by the sea after a 4-minute walk (350 m) and the nearest supermarket is 15 minutes by foot and 4 minutes by car (2 km). The city of Alghero is 5 minutes by car and an adventure park is only 3 minutes by car (2.4 km) from the property. Parking is available on the property.
