The view by the terrace take breath away and it's the reason why the 100 stairs deserve to be climbed. The apartment is located in the heart of Florence in the Strozzi Square. The apartment is ideal for the fit young people and people who loves Florence with her beauty. PERFECT POSITION! The apartment consists in one bedroom,full-equipped kitchen, living zone with the sofa bed, bathroom and a amazing terrace. Can accommodate up to 4 people In the building there is no lift and the apartment is on the fifth floor (100 stairs) so it is advisable to the young and fit people IN ORDER TO ORGANIZE YOUR CHECK-IN AND DON'T LET YOU STAY IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT, PLESE CONTACT ME BY PHONE OR WHATSAPP CLOSE YOUR ARRIVAL (The ours numbers are written in the instructions which you will receive after your booking.) At check-in will be given the regular rental contract and the invoice for our services. The value paid for this reservation, includes the services ( check-in, cleaning, bed linen ) For stays longer than 10 nights, utilities will be paid by the guest. Relevant expenses will be calculated through utility meters and charged at the end of the stay. In case of the most important damages they will be reimbursed against the receipts and estimates.
