The house has been designed and organised to offer the ultimately comfortable and relax stay. Upon entering the entrance hall, there is a fully equipped functional open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, utensils, etc.). The bright dining area and living room are overlooking the first basin of Como lake, the garden of Villa del Grumello and the surrounding mountains. From the living room you can access the terrace where an outdoor table for fresh outdoor dining with spectacular view. One master bedroom with queen size bed, and a single bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, washing/dryer machine and utility balcony with dryer rack. With lift, parking, air-conditioning
Modern apartment with beautiful terrace facing lake and city centre. Located at the back of Villa del Grumello and Villa Olmo, our little oasis is surrounded by greenery yet very convenient to get to / from the highways, Swiss border, city center and public transportation terminals. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bar and bus stops are at walking distance.
