The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Inside a villa surrounded by the green garden awaits you to spend your days in total relaxation. The 30 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is very bright. It consists of a single room overlooking the garden, with a double bed, relaxation corner, kitchen and private bathroom with shower. At your disposal you will find a space for outdoor breakfast, the garden and in the summer months the pool with solarium.  Pets are not allowed.
