historic building facing the sea with ground floor with independent entrance and condominium. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wi-fi connection and all the basic comforts to stay.
I will be present at check in and check out, also available by phone for any need, we are a real estate company so we need your document to issue an invoice and register guests on the site of the municipality of pietrasantant
The area is very quiet and elegant a few km from Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. resturant and american bar near. There is a small super market in the center of Tonfano and small groceries in the back street. In front of the apartment there is a bus stop. A walk to the Tonfano pier is recommended, a few steps from the house.
