Set in Sistiana in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, the Tivoli Portopiccolo Sistiana Resort & Spa, features a fitness and wellness centre, and views of the sea. The hotel has a private beach area and a swimming pool. With free WiFi throughout, all rooms come with a coffee machine, flat-screen TV and private bathrooms with bathrobes and free toiletries. Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 35kg. A charge of 40€ per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge.

Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet.

The hotel guests have a free beach access guaranteed, during the opening period (for all the room categories).

The hotel guests have a free outdoor pool access guaranteed during the opening period for the following room categories: Junior Suite, Suite with view and terrace, Bedroom Suite with view and terrace, Executive Suite, Presidential Suites. For the other room categories, the outdoor pool access comes with a fee.

The Beach Club - seasonal opening from May to September is based on the weather condition.

Please note that the apartments do not offer gym and spa access. There is a fee to access the pools and the Beach Club.

Access to the spa is by reservation only and is subject to availability. It can be used free of charge for 2 hours from 10:00 to 20:00.

Access to the beach club after check-out is allowed with a 50% discount on the daily rate.
