CITY TAX 1,00 EUR per person per night to pay at check-in is not included in the tariff HOUSE RULES: Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, EUR 50.00 will be charged (check in fee). The check-in is allowed by 4 PM to 8 PM. After 8PM and until midnight, the check-in is allowed with an extra fee of EUR 40,00. After midnight, the check in is allowed upon request and with an extra fee of 60 euro. In case of reservation made on the same day of check-in, an advance request has to be made in case of check-in after 8PM. Daily Cleaning is included in the price. The towel and linen change is set out any 3 days. The bedroom was obtained from the old manger of the masseria, skilfully renovated. The sleeping area is accessed by by descending steps. Suite3_70 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 guests. A spacious living room shows an ancient fireplace , with two typical stone chaise longue. A king-size bed is in the centre of the bedroom. Suite4 can accomodate 2 adults and has a private terrace with a wonderful private pool. Suite 5_60 sqm, consists of two bedrooms with typical cross vaults and designer furniture. A 50sqm private terrace serves this wonderful suite. Suite 6_75sqm:a large living room with 2 chaise longue and a king-side bed in the huge bedroom.
