Nestled in the heart of the Apulian countryside, Trulli del Podere is only 3 km from one of the most famous and fascinating villages of Apulia: Polignano a Mare. This small house with a typically Mediterranean character, is situated on a small hill that allows you to enjoy the sea view. The villa is composed of a large stone lamia with an annexed trullo and a brand new structure next to the swimming pool. The main body, is equipped with a lamia entrance with kitchen equipped with every comfort, table with sea view and bathroom. Below, double bedroom with direct access to the outside. A second double bedroom with private bathroom with shower is present in the stone trullo. A large covered area, to enjoy the view of the pool and the sea, is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a relaxation area surrounded by windows that shelter from the mistral wind typical of the area and a service bathroom; stone barbecue and wood-burning oven. The swimming pool (mt 5x10) is equipped with sun beds and outdoor shower. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
