Beautiful estate with different accomodations and shared swimming pool. There are 3 detached accommodations: Lamia Centrale, La Punta e Trullo 1821. LAMIA CENTRALE is the closest house to the swimming pool, it is on two floors, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is an outdoor bathroom) with a further depandance with bathroom consisting of toilet and shower with curtain (no bidet) and a queen size bedroom. TRULLO 1821 (max 4 people) has a queen size bedroom, living room with double sofa bed and a further detached trullo with a further single bed and toilet corner (not for children); LA PUNTA is the largest house where there are 2 bedrooms (max 5 people) as well as a living room with open kitchen and large outdoor spaces. An amazing garden overlooking the sea and a large swimming pool area shared with the various accommodations are available to guests of the Estate. Possibility to reserve the entire estate for a maximum of 16 people and with an exclusive swimming pool in this case. Each home has an umbrella with deckchairs around the pool belonging to the home chosen for the holiday. THINGS TO KNOW Please note that the swimming pool will not be available approximately out of season from 15th October to 1st May. Signing of the relevant rental contract will be required upon arrival. Pets not accepted. Check-in from 4pm to 10.30pm. Check-out from 7.30am to 10.00am. In case of late arrival after 10.30pm there will be an extra cost of EUR 50 to be paid upon arrival. Arrivals after 0.00 are not permitted. WI FI not ideal for smart working due to the position. Signal not so strong It is advisable to specify your arrival time directly to your host a few days before arrival. Tourist tax excluded from the total and to be paid directly upon arrival. Bath/bed linen is rented weekly for 15EUR per person available on request. Reservation balance payment 30 days before arrival.
