The apartment is inside a XVII century nobiliar building, in the center of a small Middle Age village, St. Anatolia di Narco, in the old storerooms of the Residence. The family property has been recently restaured in accordance with the original architectonic characteristics, but with modern criteria of comfort.
I was born and live in Rome, but my origins are in Umbria and I love a lot this region, where I come back every time I can. My main interests are Art history, Nature and Spirituality, and in Umbria I can find a lot of opportunities to satisfy them! I often go to visit important Art cities or little villages in the mountains, or I go walking along th river. I like good cuisine too, and Umbria offers to me the best I can wait for.
The area is very interesting. The Valnerina is the valley of the Nera river, among ever green mountains and waterfalls, near naturalistic beauties like Marmore Waterfalls or the Monti Sibillini Natural Park. The little village, St. Anatolia di Narco, is situated in a strategic position to visit the most important Art cities in Umbria, like Perugia, Assisi, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto and Spoleto, at just 11 km of distance. Along the Nera river you can practice rafting and hiking, or can go by bikes along the paths or in the woods of the valley. Moreover, you can find a number of good restaurants and pizzerie, with quality food and wine, at good prices, and where you can find Umbrian typical products, like truffles, or wines like Rosso di Montefalco.
