La struttura è situata fronte mare, con accesso diretto tramite cancello del residence a pista ciclabile e spiaggia (sia privata che libera). La distanza tra la struttura e la prima fila fronte mare è di soli 100m....ideale per chi vuole spendere delle vacanze al mare in famiglia. L'edificio è di nuovissima costruzione, dotata di tecnologie di ultima generazione (pannelli solari e serbatoio acqua indipendente per ogni appartamento). Le finiture interne sono luxury, con zona TV con schermi OLED da 50''-60''in ogni stanza. Il residence dispone di un parcheggio interno privato, con 1 posto auto riservato alla struttura.
Il centro di Vasto Marina è raggiungibile anche senza autovettura, percorrendo la Pista Ciclabile dei Trabocchi (5 min) oppure tramite una piacevole camminata sulla spiaggia di 5 min. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti Italiani ed Etnici (Asiatici), car wash a 100 metri. Per chi volesse raggiungere la struttura in treno, la stazione ferroviaria è a soli 200 m dalla struttura, dal lato opposto della strada Nazionale Adriatica.
