Property information

The apartment is on the first floor. You will find a kitchen/living room, equipped with a stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a double bedroom with a beautiful view; from the bedroom window you can see the brand new procuraties. There is also a closet room with closet and luggage rack. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. The wifi is very fast fiber optic to the house (FTTH).

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is 100 meters from St. Mark's Square, 100 meters from Hard Rock Café, La Fenice theater is 300 meters away, and two minutes from Harry's Bar. The neighborhood is in the heart of Venice where they find the stores of prestigious brands. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful.
