Following the scenic road that from the center of Limone del Garda leads to Tremosine - district included in the category of "most beautiful villages in Italy" - a couple of kilometers, you will reach Villa Abetaia. The Villa recently renovated in a modern and captivating style by the owners and equipped with every comfort, is located in a totally private, unspoiled, and a panoramic area overlooking the lake. From the numerous terraces, the garden, and the rooms of the house you can, in fact, admire indescribably and relaxing 360-degree views of the lake and surrounding areas. It is not risky to call it a modern earthly paradise. The living area, which is located on two levels, consists of three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. It is important to note that two rooms have a double bed and one room has a French bed ( cm 150 ) which is recommended for a single person. Another independent room equipped with a french sofa bed ( cm 150 ) and an adjacent bathroom has been created in the structure. The Villa can therefore comfortably accommodate 6 guests but it is also possible to consider the possibility of two more beds in the common areas (double sofa bed). Two equipped kitchens and relaxation corners complete the villa. The 6 bathrooms are all equipped with a shower. The outdoor area is divided equally into areas used for panoramic terraces or relaxation areas cultivated with lawn, all equipped with outdoor furniture Under the porch and not exposed to the sun there is the swimming pool (usually open from April to October) surrounded by sunbeds.
