The "Garden view Villa" is equipped with two rooms, a big one with double bed and another one with two twin beds, an american kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi and private parking as well as a shaded furnished veranda on the garden side where enjoy your meal or rest.

The Villa is just 5 minutes walking distance from Cala Sinziasa amazing beach, in a wild, still lively area. Located beyhond an eucalyptus trees forest and protected by the mountains, the long white sand Cala Sinzias beach is bounded by rocks. Clean transparent water is recorded among the cleanest in Italy by « Legambiente ». The beach is equipped with a parking, bars and restaurants in respect with the environment. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent as well as pedalboats, etc. Nearby you might also find other restaurants and bars, shops, supermarkets and sports activities. Villasimius village is 12 km drive. Cagliari-Elmas airport, is 63 km by the new freeway, a 50 minutes drive from the villa.
