Villa Ballodole is located in a villas complex on Careggi hills with a precious panoramic view on Florence. Buid in sixties the villa is composed of about 470 sqm total, in an area of about 2000 sqm. Ground floor is composed of a big living room (with fireplace) overlooking the swimming pool, dining room, kitchen (with microwave, washing machine, american coffe machine), 1 double bedroom with two twin beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 studio and 1 half bathroom. The first floor is composed of 3 double bedrooms (one bedroom features a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower), 2 bathrooms and big terrace (about 120 sqm) with sofas, overlooking Florence's Historical Monuments. High quality woden floor in the bedrooms, cotto in the living room and high quality colored tiles in bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned. Free Wi-Fi access. The garden is 2000 sqm with swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, area parking and a garage.

Villa Ballodole is absolutely perfect for a healthy and relaxing stay in a wonderful location immersed in green hills but really close to Florence. If you would like to get away from the daily routine you have definitely found the right place to spend your time. To make your holiday memorable and stress-free, we offer (at extra cost) a chef that would prepare dinners or organise cooking classes, as well as a driver's service for transfers to and from airports and daily trips to the numerous cities and places of interest in Tuscany.
