The villa is located in the medieval town of Santa Maria di Castellabate, about 200 meters from the seaside and 800 meters from the city center. There is a romantic view of the sea and the villa is completely surrounded by a green land; with good weather condition it is possible to see the Amalfi coast and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The apartment includes a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels, kitchen utensils, satellite TV, washing machine, 30 m2 terrace furnished with garden furniture and a parking space 1 meter from the apartment entrance. Each apartment has an external ceiling fan in the bedrooms and a private terrace with a nice barbecue. You can also take advantage of free Internet access. We are within walking distance of the pretty villages of Santa Maria and San Marco which can be reached with a short walk along the seafront. The sea has clear, warm and shallow waters, which the fine sands are also ideal for children.
