Villa BLU is the perfect solution for those who want to spend their holiday in an exclusive villa, surrounded by greenery and with private access to the sea of ​​Villassimius. It is located directly on the sea and can be reached through a gate inside the property, along a small path between the fragrant bushes of the Mediterranean scrub. The terrace with sea view is the most suggestive point, equipped with BBQ and outdoor furniture to be able to enjoy special moments in all serenity. Villa BLU has an area of ​​about 200 square meters and consists of 5 bedrooms, four double bedrooms and a bedroom with single beds, 3 private bathrooms in each double bedroom, and a 4 bathroom between a double bedroom and a bedroom with single beds. , a beautiful living room with sofas and fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen equipped with all appliances. The Villa is not equipped with Air Conditioning, but each room on the ceiling has blades being near the sea it is not needed. Outside we find a large well-kept surrounding garden with shower and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea and WI-FI connection.

Villasimius is a famous seaside resort, which rises in the south-eastern tip of Sardinia and which flows into the sea of ​​the Gulf of Carbonara. Among the most significant attractions of Villasimius, we have the Old Fortress, which stands on a promontory near Capo Carbonara and is very interesting both from a historical and architectural point of view, as it has been a witness and protagonist of various historical periods. It is a complex structure, the first nucleus of which probably dates back to the fourteenth century, it was therefore built during a period of transition. It currently houses a museum and is also used for various cultural exhibitions. The territory of Villasimius is particularly interesting for the many archaeological finds present, first of all is Dumus de Janas, or the hypogeic tombs.
