For the exclusive use of our guests: the gazebo, equipped with table and chairs, the barbecue, the lovely swimming pool (size m. 5x10, depth m. 1,40-2,00) and a solarium area equipped with sun beds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. On a side of the garden the owner's house, who will be a discreet and certain presence for any information or need. GROUND FLOOR: going up 4 steps, porch equipped with table and chairs, entrance in the wide living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, sitting-room with double sofa bed, small bathroom (washbasin, WC and bidet), kitchen-dining room, wide living-room with sofas and TV, two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.
