Villa Chiara is a terraced villa with a large garden on all sides, located in the Residence Giulia in San Teodoro (Budditogliu) The residence has a semi-Olympic shared swimming pool completely renovated in 2024, equipped with lifeguard service, which can be used by guests from June to September. Large veranda equipped and furnished with table + 6 reclining wooden chairs. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning inside, 1 double sofa bed in the living room/kitchen with air conditioning, a further double bed in the basement without air conditioning (but not necessary as the temperature is always cool), equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, 2 large bathrooms complete with shower and bidet 2 flat screen TVs 2 plastic sunbeds for the garden, clothesline 2 umbrellas for the beach Garden with integrated lighting The villa has a private internal parking with gate and a further pedestrian entrance. Additional free parking space in the parking lot inside the Residence. External video surveillance system. Possibility of renting sheets and towels at a surcharge
