Newly renovated villa in Sabina with amazing view. The Villa is located 45 mnts from Rome, 10mnts from A1 highway and 4minutes to the train station POGGIO Mirteto, direct train from and to Fiumicino Airport and Rome. The Villa is on the crest of hill, surrounded by a park with fruits, olive trees and vegetable garden. With private and large parking, barbecue, garden and electric car charge station. The house is quiet and close to Poggio Mirteto village with many restaurants, facilities and all services you need.
The Villa is immersed in the countryside but is not isolated, accessible thanks an asfalted road. Around the Villa you can find fresh milk fresh from the local farms, a 5-minute walk away, and reach the Tiber Valley on foot. Incredible and affordable restaurants are very close to the villa and they can guarantee to taste the goodness of the Sabina organic cuisine.
