Property information

Villa Colombo offers a master bedroom with access to the garden, sufficient cupboard space and an integrated bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet. On the same floor there is a second double room with view of the pool and side lake view as well as a closet; as well as a third bedroom with desk, workstation and french bed (140x200cm). Both bedrooms have access to the large terrace overlooking the pool and Lake Garda. A second bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet rounds off the sleeping area of ​​Villa Colombo. In the basement of the house you will find the double garage with socket to charge electric vehicles (payment requested), a table tennis table, a room with a laundry room and dryer and another bathroom with shower and toilet, which is used by the pool area. The bathroom leads directly to the pool area. The pool is almost 180cm deep at the deepest point and 140cm at the lowest. Sun loungers and parasols are available by the pool so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing summer holiday. Directly from the house you can enjoy the beautiful nature on foot and go on scenic hikes.
