Villa Confalonieri, built in 1913 in Art Deco style, is located in Mandello del Lario and features a swimming pool. The villa is typically rented out in its entirety to groups of friends or families from all over the world, allowing them exclusive use of all the spaces. However, on occasion, it is also possible to stay by renting a single room or the gatehouse, with shared access to the pool and garden. Event organization is permitted only with prior agreement. The villa was built by the Confalonieri family as a residence for their twenty-five-year-old son, who settled there with his wife, Countess Sebregondi. A family of Garibaldian heritage and high social standing, the Confalonieris used the villa until 1990. Subsequently, the building was used for receptions and events, until its current use as a vacation home.

Mandello del Lario overlooks the stunning Lake Como and offers all the amenities of a vibrant town. Restaurants, shops, recreational centers, gyms, and wellness centers are all within walking distance. The area is well-connected, with direct train links to Milan and Bergamo, as well as seasonal lake transport via scheduled ferries. Private boat rentals and water taxis are also available for personalized travel. Mandello can also be reached by helicopter.
