It is situated between two districts, Frutti D’Oro and La Maddalena (Sant’Efisio beach), about 4 km from Capoterra. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the beach and close to supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a tobacconist, pharmacy and shopping centre. Villa D’Oro features three spacious double bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can accommodate up to eight people.
