Villa del Nibbio is a luxury villa nestle in nature in the heart of Italy. You can easily reach most historic towns and cities such as Perugia, Florence and Rome. The villa expands on different levels giving guests both vast and comfortable communial areas and secluded spots. The big pool overlooking the valley assures fun and relaxing days. Fully equipped kitchen, laundryroom, ample parking both out and indoor, bbq area, cable tv, wifi. The swimming pool is available only during summer months (June-September). In winter prices include heating expenses. A fee of euro one per person over 18 years of age,per day for Local Tourist Tax will be charge by the host at check in.

The nearest village is Ficulle, a small charming village with all basic shops you may need. Orvieto is a must-visit place with its cobble streets, Duomo, St. Patrick’s well, restaurants and museums. It is easy to drive to other amazing historic towns such as Todi, Spoleto, Citta’ della Pieve, Siena. If you fancy a big city break Perugia, Florence and Rome are nearby too. Want to pamper yourself a little? San Casciano Bagni, Chianciano terme, Viterbo… all hot spring/spa places nearby. Lake Bolsena and Trasimeno are a fun destination too. And let’s not forget that Villa del Nibbio in nestled in one of the most exclusive wine region with an exquisite food culture so buy a bottle of wine, tasty food and enjoy it poolside taking in a breathtaking italian sunset!
