The villa features two apartments of 80 square meters (Ground floor and First floor), both overlooking a private garden and beach. The villa has a large outdoor garden with private parking, also covered, with a solarium terrace facing the sea, outdoor showers, and a private access to the beach. The apartments are equipped with a television, independent kitchen, refrigerator, oven, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, and coffee maker

In the area around the villa, you'll find plenty of pizzerias and restaurants (just 10 meters away), and it's a little over a couple of kilometers to the famous ostricaro restaurant and the south entrance of Terracina.
